YOUNG ARTISTS: WHAT’S YOUR DESTINATION?
VSA arts has issued a call for entries for its new competition, “Destination Anywhere.” Deaf/HoH artists and others with disabilities between the ages of 16 and 25 are invited to send in their “flat” works: paintings, drawings, fine-art prints, photography, computer-generated prints, and mixed media. THEATRE FESTIVAL APPRENTICE CHOSEN
Christopher Imbrosciano has received the first VSA arts Apprenticeship at the Williamstown Theatre Festival. The apprenticeship is offered in partnership with VSA arts, and is open to all college-age theater students with disabilities. (Could next year’s apprenticeship be yours?) [read more...]
